At RankSaver, we believe in building long-term partnerships through results, transparency, and flexibility. Unlike traditional SEO agencies that lock clients into rigid 6 to 12 month contracts, we offer scalable engagements that adapt as your business grows. Our refund policy reflects that philosophy while ensuring clarity for both parties.

1. SEO Services (Strategy, Execution, and Consulting)

SEO services involve research, planning, technical work, content development, and ongoing optimization. These activities require time and dedicated resources and are therefore governed by the following terms.

Monthly or Flexible SEO Engagements

• Monthly SEO services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
• All hours worked, research performed, and deliverables created remain billable

6-Month Prepaid SEO Plans (Refund Eligible)

Refunds are only applicable for clients on a 6-month prepaid SEO engagement.

Refund Calculation

• Work completed is billed at $15 per hour
• The unused balance is refunded after deducting completed work

Non-Refundable Work Includes

• SEO audits and diagnostics
• Keyword research and competitive analysis
• Technical fixes already implemented
• Content strategies, outlines, or published assets
• Reports and insights already delivered

To ensure transparency, trust, and client satisfaction, RankSaver offers the following assurances as part of our SEO engagements:

Clear Work Visibility

• Monthly breakdown of tasks completed and hours invested

• Transparent reporting without inflated metrics or vanity KPIs

Flexible Scaling

• Clients may scale services up or down based on performance, budget, or business priorities
• No forced long-term lock-ins beyond agreed prepaid terms

Strategy Ownership

• All SEO assets created during the engagement belong to the client
• This includes audits, keyword research, content frameworks, and technical recommendations

Performance-Aligned Execution

Rankings alone are not presented as the sole indicator of success

Honest Expectations

3. General Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of cancellation
• No refunds are issued due to search engine algorithm updates or competitive shifts
• Abuse or repeated misuse of refund or replacement policies may result in service refusal
